In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data), we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be reachable via links present on the websites in the domain of the owner, who is therefore not to be considered in any way responsible for the data collected and processed.
Processable personal data: «personal data»: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person («data subject»); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more elements characteristic of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social.

1. DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to articles. 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679, is ITAB SRL, with registered office in Via Valeriana n. 6 – 23010 Caiolo (SO), VAT number 00810510149, certified email itab@legalmail.it.
2. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following purposes:
- navigation on this website - legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f)) as the legal basis for the processing;
- any contact request, with the sending of information requested by you - legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f)) as the legal basis of the processing;
- sending newsletters or information on promotions that your profiling may involve - consent of the interested party (art. 6 letter a GDPR) after having read and accepted the relevant information at the following link.
- Marketing Automation: we use marketing automation techniques to send personalised promotional communications and newsletters. The data collected, such as browsing behaviour and previous interactions with our site or communications sent, may be processed to create personalised profiles in order to offer tailored content and offers. This processing is done through the use of software and platforms that automate the management of communications and monitoring of interactions.
3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data provided will be communicated to recipients, who will process the data as managers (art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Manager (art. 29 of EU Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes listed above in point 2. Precisely, the data will be communicated to:
- subjects who provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks including email, newsletters and website management;
- freelancers, studios or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
- competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.

4. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND GUARANTEES
The personal data provided may be transferred to countries belonging to the European Union, in order to comply with the related purposes indicated above. If the data is transferred, it will be done on the basis of Article 44 - General principle for transfer; Article 45 - Transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision; Article 46 - Transfer subject to adequate guarantees, specifically data transferred to international organizations for which the Commission has intervened with an adequacy assessment (art. 45 EU Reg. 2016/679). The interested party may obtain information regarding the guarantees for data transfer by writing an email to the address info@itabweb.com at the registered office of the Data Controller.
5. DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD OR CRITERIA FOR DETERMINING THE PERIOD
The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose. In compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
For the purpose of marketing automation, the data relating to the sending of promotional communications (email, newsletters, advertising material) are retained until the data subject's request to object to the sending and the data subject's wish to unsubscribe from receiving the communications, by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each communication.
Processing for marketing and advertising purposes by the Data Controller will continue for up to 24 months after the last contact and until the person concerned asks to unsubscribe. At the end of this period, the data will be anonymised or deleted where technically possible.
6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Failure to provide the data marked with the symbol * (asterisk) will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.
7. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
You will be able to assert your rights as expressed in the articles. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller at the address info@itabweb.com. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing), as well as to the portability of your data.
The data subject has the right to object at any time to the automated processing of data, including data used for profiling for the purpose of sending personalised promotional communications.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to the art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke the consent given at any time. In the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller shall provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 20 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
